The well-established cleaning technique in our ZK-Series provides a cost-effective, technically mature solution for small quantities. This single chamber system with several cleaning tanks and integrated spray cleaning system offers a wide range of cleaning processes for a relatively low quantity of pieces.

A multi-chamber system can be used instead of a single chamber system in order to reduce the design related problems with throughput times.

Through Feed / Inline Cleaning Systems ZD

The ZD Series is our innovative response to increasing quantities and diverse conveyor systems. Zippel through feed cleaning machines can be custom-fitted onto any production line. Depending on the machine length, the cycle time can thus be adjusted to the machines placed before and after the Zippel machine. In this way, the existing manufacturing process is neither interrupted nor delayed.

Combined Spray-Immersion Cleaning Systems

The Zippel APOLLO combines the advantages of a chamber system with that of an immersion system. The cylindrical shape enables the charge to be rotated and swiveled, thereby optimizing both spraying as well as injection flooding. The cleaning process can be further enhanced by integrating ultrasound, which also benefits from the cylinder shape.

APOLLO‘s design also enables different drying modules to be installed, thus allowing it to be adapted to different requirements.

The Zippel Eco-Sep was developed in order to extend the service life of the cleaning mediums and thus reduce operating costs for filters and chemicals. Oil separation using a plate phase separator guarantees optimum operation as a result of continual oil extraction from the surface.

With the aim of making our machines as environmentally-friendly as possible and increasing the benefits for our clients, we can extend our machines with a waste water treatment system especially adapted to the cleaning system.

Immersion Cleaning Systems ZT


Immersion Cleaning Systems ZT

The ZT Series offers an ideal solution for both bulk goods and individual components. The complete wetting through immersion of the parts being cleaned enables intricate designs and strong impurities to be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning itself can take place using aqueous-based solutions with or without ultrasound. Several immersion tanks can be placed one after the other to reduce the throughput time.
